Spring 2024 Payment Information
Spring payment is due January 2, 2024 for students who owe a balance and received a billing notification on December 4 directing them to their WVU MyAccount. Monitor WVU MyAccount for the most up-to-date balance due and your MIX email for billing updates and payment options. Refer to our Spring 2024 Billing Information webpage for additional details.
WVU Hub is Closed from Friday, June 30 to Tuesday, July 4
WVU Hub locations on all campuses will close at 2:45 p.m. Eastern on June 30 for system maintenance. We will remain closed through July 4, 2023, and will be back during usual business hours (8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Eastern) on Wednesday, July 5.
Spring 2023 Payment Deadline Extended
Due to technical difficulties students experienced yesterday with the WVU Portal, the January 3 payment deadline has been extended to today, January 4, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Late payment fees will be assessed on January 5.

Fall 2022 Billing Information
Fall 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal). For more information, please visit our Fall Billing Information webpage.
Summer 2022 Billing Information
Summer 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal) on April 4. Payment for summer charges is due May 1. WVU Hub Lobby Closed to Walk-In Traffic
Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the WVU Hub lobby will closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you. The preferred method is to submit an online request.
During this time, our staff is limited and phone wait times may vary. These adjustments come as we continue to take advice from public health experts, and our highest priority is safeguarding the health, well-being, and academic success of all faculty, staff, students, and our communities.
