Undergraduate students are now assessed a fee for the First Day Complete course materials
program. You may opt out of First Day Complete for the fall semester through
August 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm Eastern. First Day Complete program emails
come directly from Barnes & Noble. See our
Course Materials Program webpage under the "Opting Out of the Program" section
for instructions as well as who to contact if there are issues accessing
the opt-out system. Please allow up to three days for changes to your opt-out status
to reflect on your account.
The 2024-2025 Student Health Insurance Waiver is available through July 26, 2024 on the Student Insurance Office (SIO) website and must be completed each academic year to opt out of automatic enrollment in the WVU Aetna plan. Students will receive a confirmation number and email from SIO confirming the waiver once approved. The charge will be removed 1 to 2 business days after the approval email. Please email SIO@mail.wvu.edu with any questions.
