Though the WVU Hub at Evansdale Crossing remains closed to general traffic, it will begin offering limited in-person appointments beginning Wednesday, September 22. Please click the SignUpGenius button below to view availability and schedule your appointment. Appointments can be made as far as 24 hours in advance. Please note that day-to-day appointment availability may vary.
In addition to these appointments, WVU Hub assistance remains available via online request (preferred) and phone for topics related to financial aid, student accounts, and work-study. Please note that staff remains limited and phone wait times may vary. Questions for the University Registrar should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your New WVU MyAccount!
Looking to access your billing information? Now there's a brand new, more intuitive way for you to stay on top of what you owe. Head to the new streamlined WVU MyAccount platform to view your charges and make payments to your account. You can access WVU MyAccount by logging into your WVU Portal and clicking the “PAY YOUR BILL HERE!” button.
Please note that parents or guests who wish to make regular online payments to their student’s account must be added as an Authorized User in WVU MyAccount — previously established proxy access to billing information will not cover access to the new site. Online payments for the monthly payment plan will still be managed via CASHNet for the fall semester and are currently unaffected by this change. Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Mountaineer Hub lobby will closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you. The preferred method is to submit an online request.
