West Virginia University has teamed up with TransferMate and Flywire to provide our international students with secure payment methods.

Payments made through TransferMate and Flywire are sent to WVU once TransferMate or Flywire receives them. To avoid late payment fees, allow time for international payment processing prior to payment due dates. Please be aware, TransferMate payments cannot be utilized for the Tuition Payment Plan.
To Make an International Payment Using TransferMate
Payments using TransferMate are made directly in your WVU MyAccount (via your WVU Portal).
- To start the payment process, log in to your WVU MyAccount via your WVU Portal using your WVUID username and password.
- Once logged in, click on the "PAY YOUR BILL HERE!" button.
- Click on the "Make Payment" tab on the top of your Home screen
- Enter the desired payment amount in US Dollars and click continue.
- Next, choose "TransferMate INTL" from the payment methods dropdown menu and click continue. Follow the instructions provided by TransferMate to complete the payment from there.

Please note: Brazilian, Chinese, South African and Indian students will be required to send supporting documents, which can easily be uploaded during the WVU MyAccount payment process.

To Make an International Payment Using Flywire
Flywire offers payment options like bank transfer, credit cards, and e-payments (Alipay/PayPal), making the process familiar and easy for you. To start the payment process, visit WVU's Flywire payment site where you will follow the instructions provided by Flywire to complete payment.
